I spoke with the point person for abuse allegations from the @cmalliance last Sat. For. The First.Time.

I do not know the @cmalliance investigatory policies, but I have reason to think that they did not follow them.

Here is how the original investigation went for me in 2018.
I am not part of the @cmalliance. But if YOU are part of the @cmalliance and you think they should have demonstrated institutional courage regardless of whom the allegations were against, then you should take that up with @John_Stumbo_CMA and Mr. Gary Friesen.
I remain open to the idea that the @cmalliance did follow its own protocols. Perhaps they reall do have an investigatory policy of NOT contacting alleged victims, and then when the victims contacts them, having a singular phone call with only their president and legal council.
I cannot help but wonder why the wonderful woman who is the abuse allegation point person (who has been with the @cmalliance for 10 YEARS) only found out about the allegations a few weeks ago when more courageous women came forward.

Call a spade a spade fellas.

In Jesus name.
Try this @cmalliance

Geesh. Sorry. We blew it.

We pledge to do better.

Works like a charm every time.

Don't give me or anyone else the (CYOA) approach.

I'm done with that.

Do I sound angry?

I am.

That's because I have a frontal lobe and a functioning amygdala.
One final thought... if an atheist with integrity @RaviScam and an underfunded conservative Christian reporter from Chicago @reachjulieroys could have each done a rigorous and independent investigation SURELY to goodness the @cmalliance could have mustered up the same. End Thread
