Completed Oloture like 2 hours ago, and my eyes are still wet. When I rebelled and left home at 16, I lived close to a brothel and most of the workers there became my customers, and some, friends. I learnt a lot from them. That was the foundation for my open-mindedness.
I also learnt a lot about walking in people’s shoes and not being quick to judge. This movie brings back memories. The whys. The hardship. The choices - regretted & unregretted. And the fact that there isn’t any closure yet. There’s a hole in my heart. Not sure what can fill it.
In summary, things are happening and this world is really shit.

That said, thank you @kennethgyang @MoAbudu @NetflixNaija and all the talents who gave us this movie, this gut-wrenching peek outside our bubble. 🙏🏾
