Senators Klobuchar, Tillis, Hirono, and Blackburn appeared remotely in May at Judge Justin Walker's confirmation hearing for the D.C. Circuit. Walker testified in person.
Senators Whitehouse, Blackburn, Booker, and Hirono appeared remotely at Judge Cory Wilson's confirmation hearing for the 5th Circuit. Wilson testified in person.
Senators Toomey and Casey introduced a district court nominee remotely in June. All 5 of the district court nominees at the hearing testified remotely as well.
Senator Tillis attended that hearing remotely as well.

Of the 22 senators on the Judiciary Committee, 4 Democrats and 2 Republicans have attended at least one nominations hearing over the past 5 months remotely. A good number of the other 16 (including Senator Harris, I believe) didn't show up remotely or in person.
