•what is pica?
-it's a compulsive ed that involves eating non-edible items and things that have no nutritional value. some examples are eating hair, metal, rocks, ice, gum, paint, sharp objects, paper, and many more!!

•what causes pica?
-many things can cause pica; malnutrition, trauma, mental disorders + disabilities, pregnancy, and other factors, everyone has it different :)
•what are some symptoms of pica?
-stomach pains, problems with digestion, poisoning, infections,

teeth injuries, and blocked intestines due to eating non-food or non-nutritional items. these are the common ones.
