Current status: can’t lift a bag of groceries 🥴
This is called interrupting my former athletes’ so I can play with 150lb toys.
The day before lockdown in NYC and unknowingly lifting with a tare in my rotator cuff
At this point I was experiencing so much failure in bench, but it makes sense now.

My right shoulder: "I'm torn bih, stop lifting!"
Mid February, as my luck would have it, I rolled down a flight of steps in the subway. After a two week recovery, this lift happened. Couldn't believe it.

This lengthy setup showcases how dramatic I am on the platform. Trust me, it's mild
End of thread, because I'm hella sad. Covid cut the season short, but this RCT injury took me out the game. Maybe next year.
