Glaring loopholes in #HathrasCase :

1. Victim, mother, brother ALL reported strangulation by Sandeep on 14th Sep. Not a word about Gangrape.

2. Brother says she couldn't record statement being unconscious but she spoke to media

3. Claims of tongue chopped when it wasn't

4. Photos taken by Journalists at police station shortly after incident show her clothes weren't torn, weren't soiled with blood contrary to mothers claims.

5. Let's believe gangrape wasn't reported as they say because of shame. But why name only 1 for attempt to murder not 4?

6. Victim didn't tell about gangrape even to doctors in Aligarh Hospital. If she said so, they would do internal examination.

7. Family was meeting her for 8 days post 14th. She was conscious. Why did gangrape charge come only after caste politics intervention?

8. Those saying absence of semen doesn't mean no rape - Is gangrape by 4 in fields possible where victim doesn't suffer injury on other body parts? Don't think so. However, both medical reports by AMU & Safdarjung say there were no such injuries except on neck, d original charge

9. If @hathraspolice was not listening to them & siding with Thakurs, did family approach any senior police official in Aligarh where victim had already been taken? Any complaint? Any written application? Strangely gangrape charge gets added post politicians visit on 22nd.

10. Mother has given different statements in different videos. In one she says she saw Sandeep running away, in another she says she didn't see who did it. Brother in his complaint says mother heard victims cries, mother says she's hard of hearing. So who's telling the truth?

11. Father of victim now claims police pressurized them to sign papers reporting only strangulation. Strangely, they had themselves spoken to media before the FIR & mentioned only strangulation

Again, why wasn't this pressure reported to doctors or any police officer in Aligarh

Last but not the least, quite strangely, family immediately came out with their demands of 25Lacs in cash and a government job for their son when it had barely been few hours of death of the girl.

Hope real culprit is punished.
