(Thread) I know there are those serving the local church with their musical talent who have learned from the experience their need and desire to be better equipped. That was once me. Even as a woman who didn't seek an ordained position...(1)

(2)...like "Pastor" of worship, I knew that my musical skill, music degree, & performance/ teaching experience as both performer wasnt enough for the myriad contributions I was making. From directiong children's choirs to rehearsing multiple volunteer musicians...

(3)...from planning to people, I learned that the skills needed in the church were unique & vast. My husband felt the same way when he chose to be trained at seminary. Now we get to join forces and pass the torch to a new generation...

(4)...Some of whom do not even have much musical experience, let alone theological. With hearts ablaze for service & not for fanfare, they join us in pursuit of becoming a #MusicianTheologian
