Maybe, just maybe, SAHUC should have affirmative action policies in place to ensure that at least a minimum numbers of Black Muslims go for Hajj annually. We have very few people going for Hajj in our communities and most of the time the first in our families.
This will of course inspire confidence in the Black Muslim community to go for Hajj and to save up for it.
I also need Hajj policy on women to change. Not every women, especially reverts, have a mahram to accompany them for Hajj.

I also speak as a Black Muslim woman, who has a father and brother that could be my mahram. They are both unemployed. If I want to go for Hajj, I would have to foot their bill too. Hajj is already expensive for one person.
