Where’s this wrong?

Yes, I have an addiction. But bear with me.

More labor cuts that happen with airlines, and the longer this situation persists, the smaller fleets get. IF that turns into accelerate fleet retirements (actually retiring is tougher than talking about it)...
IF the lack of demand continues the aerospace supply chain is just going to get more and more screwed.

That’s not going to be easy to turn on. So, it’s possible we have sustainable (multi year) seat shortages.
I’ve argued to myself that there’s also a lot of latent capacity that could be ramped. But, skill atrophy is a real issue as people don’t work.

Not sure what the answer is here. But I keep thinking there’s a bet to make somewhere.

May be as simple as buy the supply chain.
Could see a Biden win helping the situation (from a consumer standpoint).

Trump win actually probably hurts my Zoom bet because I’d think that results in pretty high seat costs for a while. Unless there’s an agreement. But I’m skeptical on the incentives there.
