14 days locked in a 1 bdrm flat w/2 kids & husband who must isolate from us bc he tested + & I did not. Be prepared for tweets from crazy town. TBH I& #39;m crushing it cleaning, limiting screen time, family callisthenics, baking, immune boosting smoothies, arts & crafts -
Day 3- Waiting on track & trace to call. Have yelled at everyone in my tiny flat. Everyone has screamed at everyone except Aidan who is trapped in his own room Meltdowns:

Aidan: hard to say- he could be quietly melting down on a continuous basis

Much drama over whether to do dinosaur or jungle yoga first. Isolation has been shortened to 11 days after chat with test & trace

Made muffins out of Cavolo nero, beetroot, berries, banana, ginger, oats, caco powder & whole wheat. Trying to work up the will to force my children to turn off My Little Pony which they have been watching for way too many hours across way too many days.
