My blood chem results showed that I have elevated blood sugar levels (pre-diabetic). Diabetes runs in the family so I am on IF, strict diet, and scheduled workout routine imposed by Ed. This thread is a a documentation of my JOURNEY TO NORMAL FBS 


For my first meal of the day, Iâm having homemade hummus and tabbouleh
I am allowed to eat 2 pita wraps max. Maybe this diet thing isnât so bad after all


For afternoon snacks I had an apple + a cup of green tea.
For dinner, we had Lamb Barbacoa!
Max of 2 tacos for me.

My IF starts at 9pm so I still have time to enjoy a cup of soy latte.

First meal of the day (1pm): Veggie samosa, Dal Shorva, and Moroccan Wrap. All from Legazpi weekend market.
At 5pm I had boiled egg and tea

Thanks to my husband for taking care of all of our meals & committing to my low carb diet. Takot daw kasi syang mawala ako. Ganda ko diba?!
