@VirginAtlantic it has been more than 7 months now that I have been waiting for my refund. U say that the refund has been processed and that my bank is holding it. Its not true, my bank is not holding anything. Where is my money! Booking ref GXZVQG

@VirginAtlantic You are telling me that the refund was processed on 28th july which is a lie totally..nothing is there and my bank is not holding any money. I have a proof from your end as a pdf reciept but I dont it holds any value. Should I take a legal route now?

@VirginAtlantic you provided me with a txn id that my bank was not able to locate. None of my refunds have been stopped or stalled from my bank’s end till date. How can this be stalled! ? I need an answer and I need it fast now. Otherwise I will take a legal route now.
