Hope we all get into the habit of using their stage names instead of their real names when we discuss about BTS music especially when gp, industry folks, or non-ARMYs are in the convo. e.g. You don't go "wow Shawn's part was great in this song" when you talk about Jay Z

It helps with their branding and recognition as an artist. Let's respect the stage names they have carefully chosen

Within the fandom of course do whatever you want, but when you post replies to public tweets or articles and expect people to know Yoongi and SUGA are one and the same, it doesn't help anyone

The context for this thread is the many replies to the Savage Love Remix tweet on Jason Derulo's page. Yoongi and Hoseok keep being mentioned by real name for their rap part. Like who outside the fandom will know those names? Nobody will take the extra second to find out

As much as I love this fandom, this is a prime example of how we accidentally live in our own bubble
