how i lost 55 lbs a thread:
FOOD
-omad a day with low cal noodle or anything less than 500 calories

-2 meals a day between 2PM and 5PM

-calories intake was never higher than 700
PLATEAU:

when i was plateauing

- eat above 1000-1200 calories and spicy things ??

idk why but it helps me keep going
FASTING:

- fast as much as u can

- if u want to binge drink a lot of water and drink coffee make yourself busy so you won’t think about food
BINGE TIPS:

if you want to binge here’s some instead of binging tips
EXERCICE:

I’m not really a fit person so here’s what i did

- tried to walk at least 6k/10k everyday even if it’s at home

- did more task like cleaning the house it helped me burn a lot

- i danced a lot to kp0p songs since im a dancer it was so funny and cool
EXERCICE PT2:

I would always dance 2hour or more and never felt them because I enjoyed

- i did go out with my friends everyday ( DO IT IF YOU HAVE ONE)

- i did a lot of low impact workout here’s the one i did the most

FRIENDS AND FAMILY:

If I knew in the day i was about to eat with my parents or my friends i would

-do omad and eating very small portions to not seem sus

- tell i did eat already

- go out and tell them i was full and eated with them ( if you are poor tell them they payed)
