So I think I’m gonna share my OMAD journey (just so I can be much more responsible, lol) here. I started doing omad yesterday. Omad stands for One Meal A Day. Yes! I start eating one meal a day. First day passed successfully. Here are my meals and exercises:
This was the first day, October 1st 2020. I didn’t do any exercise. I planned to go cycling but it was rainy yesterday. I felt hungry throughout the day (of course) so I thought I needed to eat more than this the following day.
October 3rd.
I took half of Lemonilo without its flavor and oil. I sautéed the chicken breast with virgin olive oil.

Electricity went off so I decided to go to a coffeeshop and bought 1 L of Americano just because Americano barely has calorie

Ah yea I have a supportive WAG about dieting consisting of @evita_pur @ihhcoco
