I jumped out of bed to a team that was already underway, working to rip up the front page. The final edition of Friday's @StarTribune.

Our A-section was already off the floor for the night. Huge thanks and applause to several sports editors, online editors as well as our lead news designer who happened to be working in sports tonight for jumping sections to get this redrawn as quickly as possible.

One more huge thank you: To the crew at our printing press, who did not stop the press, but slowed it significantly so that we could get this into as many newspapers as possible. We were able to hit more than half of our metro-area papers, which is a miracle given the late hour.
