This is the POINT of why Chrissy and John so openly shared about their struggles with infertility, the treatments they went through, the pregnancies, everything. People are TALKING, women are sharing their stories, there is community. They gave people permission to openly grieve.

In a society where our mothers never tell us the bad parts of being pregnant, and the "children are gifts" narrative, and so much shame and policing over women's bodies, stories like these are important. If nothing, it will teach us to be kinder, more empathetic.
