note: started off terrible this morning, and i didn't bother to start exercising until it was near the end of the day. i'll do better tomorrow!

note: could've burned so many more calories if i went for a walk today, but instead i sat around until 9pm, only then deciding to workout. i'm gonna make myself a basic to-do list for tomorrow.

note: this thread really pushes me to exercise and watch my eating portions, and i'm really grateful for it.
