Recieved a letter from the hospital in regards to a complaint we filed. To my husband. Thanking him for notifying them of the issue. Containing multiple unfinished phrases that were clearly auto populated. Thanking us for our time.

They never talked to my husband.

The complaint?

Not numbing me properly for my C-Section.
Not being listened to when I said I'm resistant to lidocaine.
My L&D nurse telling me to knock it off and calm down while I had a panic attack with a needle in my spine because IT HURT and I knew it shouldn't.

Someone taking it upon themselves to reprimand my husband for not leaving my side in OR to go to take photos of the baby.

But sure, my husband is the one owed an apology.
