OOC // Hey guys! I just wanted to let you guys know that this account and the other Kipo rp accounts that go with it will no longer be active.
Several of us have been concerned lately about these characters being represented respectfully. After some discussion it was revealed that nearly all of the people (including myself) running these accounts were white.
This was deeply disheartening, as this is a show that is known for its important poc representation. This was a group that was open to anyone in the kipo fandom willing to join, we did not want to deny anyone the opportunity to play as the characters they loved. But this meant +
+ that none of us took the time to ask these important questions.
Beyond this I can not speak for the mods of the other rp accounts, but I want to address and apologize for my part in this.

This is something that's been on my mind for a while and I wish it was something I considered earlier. It was foolish and ignorant of me and I apologize for not thinking about this when I made the account.
Kipo is a character that means a lot to me, but I should have considered
the fact that it was wrong of me to think I could represent her. I'm very sorry for this. I hope what ive done so far has been respectful of her character. I do try my best to rp her accurately as I can.

It was really fun meeting and interacting with other Kipo fans, but I wanted to make sure that we acknowledged this serious issue. I only ever want to uplift and support the voices of poc, it was never my intention to cause any harm to those who may be rightfully upset about this
I will be around if anyone has any questions, but I hope you all enjoy the final season of Kipo when it comes out on October 12th
