As promised, a thread on the process of Canadian PR and what my little research says.

P.S. It should be obvious though but let me say that I am not forcing anyone, if sharing my research saves your time I am happy to help. Stop DMing me with your rants.

THREAD
Though there are multiple ways to emigrate to Canada with permanent residency, I will mostly stick to Express Entry here since that is what I know about. Other ways are throgh Provincial Nomination (PNP) which I will talk about at the bottom, & through Student & Start-up Visa.
If you are young (in your 20s or early 30s), have a master's degree and 3+ years of work experience, it should be a cakewalk for you. Even if things are a little here and there for you, do check your eligibility here with this CRS Calculator tool https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/crs-tool.asp
Now, when you google about PR you may get a lot of third party sites, may even get calls/emails from agents.

My two cents: You DO NOT need an agent for this process at all. Agents will charge you more than the country would and many people have gotten duped by them.
Your CRS score will be an indication of whether or not you will be eligible for Express Entry. If your score is above 470, you may be eligible.

About the cut-off:

Canada holds draw every month for cut-off scores, now things are on hiatus but the score can go up or down next.
Which basically means if you are a little down, you may still have a chance here or with PNP, I will talk about it at the bottom.

Once you have figured out you are eligible, initials steps are to give an IELTS General (Not academics) exam and get your degrees evaluated via WES.
Both IELTS and WES cost almost 15k each and both are mandatory.

With IELTS, target the top scores, I dont think anything less than CLB 9 should be your target. You may either need them for Express Entry or for PNP.

There's a lot of free study material available for IELTS.
WES is basically an agency that would evaluate your degrees and diplomas. Its called Education Credential Assesment or ECA.

You need to contact your college to get your transcripst sent to WES. College may charge a little but that's the only way. And you can't send it.
Basically WES doesnt want you to send but the university so there's no scope of tampering. There's a set format for the way it needs to be sent and you need to discuss that with your college in detail.

WES takes longer so I suggest apply for it before your IELTS.
WES can sometime downgrade the degree too. For example, in certain cases, an MBA from India has been considered just as a Diploma for Canada, so your CRS points would be affected. So make sure your highest degree and Graduation degree too if needed.
Once your ECA and IELTS score arrive you can create your Express Entry profile and just wait for the draw to happen. Make sure you make no mistakes in this.

You can also indicate your interest in a few PNP programmes of some provinces. I will tell you what it is at the bottom.
Now if you are above the cut-off score you receive an Invitation to Apply - ITA.

That is when you start preparing your file. You need:

Medicals tests
Police clearance certificate from countries you have lived in longer than 6 months
Experience Letters
Proof of Funds
Proof of Funds is probably the most important part.

You need to have a specific amount as your bank balance or FD. If you are applying alone $12,960 CAD is what you need to show. If you are applying with your partner $16,135 is what you need to show.

If not FD, PF works too.
Yes, you CAN apply together as a couple and that's beneficial too. In that case, both partners have to give IELTS exam and get ECA done, but one person would be the first applicant.

Make sure the person who has a better score is the first applicant. (Not husband by default)
Another thing to keep in mind about proof of funds is if you don't have sufficient balance don't take loan etc. You can take money from your parents but you have to show it through a gift deed.

Basically the money has to be more than 6 months old in your account and yours to use
There is specific format for everything including experience letters. Make sure you check the format, and ask your employers to write in the right format mentioning your job roles that matches the profession you have mentioned.

Wrong format can cost you.
You need police clearance certificate from every country you have stayed in for longer than 6 months. There's also an option to upload a letter where you can mention anything that may need a clarification.

I would suggest speak to experienced before you submit the file.
Then you pay your one and only fee directly to the authorities. (Rest everything else are payments to different sources for documentation).

Here's the fee structure. Add CAD $225 per dependent child if you have Children
Once you have made the payment; you will get an Acknowledgment of Receipt, or AOR.

Then there's a timeline to follow, they will evaluate everything and it may take months (in some cases an year). They call you for biometrics once too.
For the biometrics you need your passport and their letter and that happens at the VFS office. [Don't misplace your biometric receipt]

Whenever your PR is processed you will be notified via mail. Just get your passport stamped then. That's CoPR (Confirmation of PR)
They generally give you a timeline within which you need to go to Canada at least once. If you want to you can just move, but it's important to touchdown once and collect your PR card etc.

Then your PR is valid for 5 years. Go anytime.
If you stay and work in Canada for 2 years, your PR would be renewed. If you stay for longer than 3 years you are eligible to apply for Citizenship.

Yes you can sponsor your parents and they can get the free healthcare.
My little advice would be, that if you don't want to leave your job and there without one, do at least get a Canadian number and give as many interviews as you can while you are there.

If you are lucky and Zoom interviews are still a thing may be you can apply from here too.
But Canadian companies would obviously expect you to be there to seiously consider you for the job. So it's not very easy.

Apparently, there are govt run programs to help new immigrants get a job. Your first job would be tough to get but rest should be easy.
Now if you can't get through Express Entry, what are the other options?

Like I mentioned, PNP is a close second. Other options are through Student & Start-up Visa, but I'll add that in the reply since my Thread limit has been reached. PNP Details - https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/provincial-nominees/works.html
PNPs are basically when a province needs a specific type of skilled labour, for example a software engineer or a teacher, they would want to select people that are in waiting line in the Express Entry, that is, people with a little less score.
They may ask you contact them, and if you get through PNP you get a massive increase in your scores and you get through in the next draw.

But there's a catch, for some time initially you have to stay in that specific province that has given you PNP. You can't move to another.
If none of this works, you can enroll yourself in a Canadian university and that ensures you will have PR at the end of it. But of course that's not cheap and I don't think scholarships are easy either. In a new cold country, surviving based on part-time jobs may also not be easy
Then there are grants for start-ups. Slighlty tricky and I am not the best person to know about it but when people move with a business or business idea that can be an option. You can read about it here https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=653&top=6

P.S. Sorry for my typos through out the thread.
What I meant here is that make sure you send your grad degree too. Just in case your masters degree gets downgraded. https://twitter.com/StuteeMishra/status/1311814203401879552?s=19
