Considerations to be made from this excellent piece by George.

1. Non PoC players who did not come forward - do we believe them to have the same onus as PoC players to stamp out racism? Will they get the same cries of & #39;but why didn& #39;t you speak out earlier?& #39; https://twitter.com/GeorgeDobell1/status/1311730947675521027">https://twitter.com/GeorgeDob...
2. The spate of concerns from players regarding reprisal to their businesses, their selections and their children - what does that tell us about the institution, it& #39;s reputation amongst those involved, and the potential health of any such investigation and review?
3. Look at the LIST of people and places @AzeemRafiq30 reported his experiences to.

He seemingly explored every internal and external avenue possible. To what avail? Had George, and then the rest of the media not taken interest, Azeem would be blue in the face from reporting.
4. So not only are we a society that structurally allows and perpetuates this behavior, but we are a society that puts every onus on the aggreived - to not only experience racism, but suffer at every avenue to attempt rectification for wrongs.
5. Azeem is not going to benefit from this. He& #39;s suffered at each stage, including now. His aim is to stop further players from suffering. How long do we silently sit by to let victims fight societal battles before we recognize that the silent majority are the major problem?
