I swear, it’s as if some people don’t believe the counties have been running elections for longer than we’ve all been alive. Some of the things that you guys think are still problems were solved decades ago. County clerks are not idiots.
Like do y’all not think that clerks at some point were like, “what if someone screws with the dropbox” and then fixed that
Do people think this is the first year that clerks have ever used to drop boxes and are just setting cardboard boxes outside of their doors with a taped on sign that says “ballot here”
Ive seen clerks rent trailers to set up a polling place in a rural precinct w only 4 voters. Ive seen clerks sit for half an hour to determine voter intent on a ballot completely covered in some kind of stain. They care abt your vote. They’ve thought these basic problems through.
