Today I learned that my engineering team is hiring the third woman on our team named Stephanie.

I REPEAT. THREE WOMEN ON *ONE ENGINEERING TEAM* ALL NAMED STEPHANIE.

As Stephanie the First, I initially felt some type of way about this latest development. Like damn can I have something that’s mine?

But then I realized how monumental it was to have two software engineers and one technical PM named Stephanie on an eng team & I changed my mind.
