Did a windows update and now this:

This is a single user computer. I am logged in as the only administrator. Wtf.

So let me get this straight:

1. Microsoft publishes a windows update
2. mmc.exe is in system32 and is not signed???
3. Now I can't do random things on my computer that require mmc?

The moral of the story is to never sign up for windows insider preview because I tried to get out of it months ago and they automatically opted me back in and my computer randomly gets completely fucked every couple months.
