QEH been dismissing my concerns about my child from birth but this is just ridiculous

So quick run down on why I will slap the nurse if I ever see her again.

My son fell from the bed recently. The same day of the fall I took him to the clinic the nurses ignored me.

2 days later a mysterious lump appeared. I took him to FastTrack first nurse he saw reasoned he looked alright to her (ignoring this lump).

She felt as though I was wasting the doctor's time so he was not prioritized leaving us sitting there for 5 hours before my son was seen.
The doctor ,who was very kind I must say, listened to my concerned and transferred us to the hospital to have his collarbone X-rayed

This is about 1 am now, Kai received the X-ray @ 3 am after the X-ray I was told a doctor will be out very shortly to talk to you and explain the results.

@ 9 am is when the nurse/doctor came to see Kai

Sis did not spend even 3 minutes examining my son. She told me the X-ray was clear and his colkar one was neither broken or fractured. So I'm like okay but could you explain to me what's the lump and why he's crying and flinching everytime it's touched.

Sis looked me in my tear filled eyes and fix she mouth to tell me

"sein mussy bite he, I can't help you there. He X-ray clear. he look alright to me he's free to go. Bye."

I was most discombobulated.

Anywhos, I was dissatisfied with that shit took my son to a private doctor today and within 10 mins she was able to let me know my son's collarbone really and truly was fractured and the lump is a callous from the fracture healing.
And this is something an X-ray will say.

I hate shit.

And I promise if I ever see that lady again she deserves my hands to be laid on her.
I ain't one to cuss people out or be rude cause I'm fairly shy. But I've come to realize I'm now speaking up for someone who isn't able to speak for themselves. So if I gotta cuss, I gin cuss.
