1. Notch doesn't own it anymore. He cannot profit off it, he has been cut off.

2. Much of the game was made by the Mojang development team, not him.

3. It is heavily community focused.

The only attachment that Notch had to minecraft after he sold it was the legacy as creator.

Saying "Hatsune Miku made it" effectively removes his only connection, it robs him of the legacy and places it in the hand of the fans and the community, who made the game what it is now

"Hatsune Miku made Minecraft" is really just a roundabout way of saying "We made Minecraft," which is the truth.

Minecraft as an entity has brought far more good in the world then Notch was able to put bad in the world, and most of this is because of the community. He has nothing to do with it, let his name be forgotten.
