CO-03 is definitely in play this cycle. Southern Colorado, a big part of CO-03, is home to lots of Hispanos descended from Spanish colonizers and indigenous Native Americans. Located mostly in the San Luis Valley, this once-solid Democratic group is now a bit more swingy. https://twitter.com/JMilesColeman/status/1311727629150584835
As you can see above, Democratic State Rep. Donald Valdez won comfortably, but the Hispanos were also comfortable voting R for State Senate. This area, especially in HD62, voted for Trump for President and Michael Bennet for Senate. Polis won some more back as well in 2018.
Biden has some weaknesses with Hispanic voters, but Colorado Hispanos are closer to WWC voters in terms of their political trajectory and are certainly proof that Hispanics are not a monolith. I am interested in seeing how he, and John Hickenlooper, do in this area in the fall.
