That some pastors, ministers, and faith leaders accommodated wickedness in exchange for proximity for power

That people that are close to us think so little of their fellow humans

They saw his evil... (And that's what it is evil) and they continued to support him

There was a Muslim ban and they continued to support him

Children stripped from their parents and they continued to support him

Deregulation in the FDA, EPA, bureau of consumer protection... And you continued to support him

Attacks on transgender students in school and you continue to support him.

"good people on both sides..." And you continued to support him

"shit hole countries" and you continued to support him

Exploited students in Trump University... And you continue to support him

"grab them by the..." And you continued to support him

Gassed peaceful in front of a church... And you continued to support him

Impeached for abusive power and obstruction of Congress... And you still supported him

Lied to America about the severity of the Coronavirus... And you continued to support him

Lied about hydroxychloroquine as a preventative for the Coronavirus... And you continued to support him

Led a daily misinformation campaign concerning covid-19, wearing a mask, it's impact to the economy... And you continued to support him.

Told over 66k lies in a span of 3 years... And you continued to support him

200k people have died because of the inaction and ineptitude of the Trump administration... And you continued to support him

A "billionaire" that pays 750 dollars in taxes... And you continue to support him

Signed into law a tax cut for millionaires and billionaires... And you continued to support him

And there are countless administrative atrocities that we won't discover until this administration has come to its end... And you continue to support him

The tender underbelly of americanism has been laid bare... And that underbelly is racism.

I want you to understand... America needs an exorcism of systemic change or we will continue this cycle of bigotry and oppression until we tear ourselves apart.

How do we move forward? Stop telling ourselves that the grotesqueness is acceptable... That our selfishness is redeemable... That our bitterness is understandable.
