I just wanted to take a moment and talk about @anthonypadilla video on BPD and personally I very much enjoyed it and thought that it was well done. It talked about how people see us and how we actually are with BPD, it talked about the stigma with it 1/?
And especially the stigma surrounding therapist, social workers, etc.
Personally for me my diagnosis wasn’t written down on paper because they didn’t want to properly diagnose me, so for a very long time I just shrugged it off. But up until about a year ago I talked to my mum2/?

Back a bit, and try to progress friendships a bit slower. But it’s hard, and honestly I like how I get close to people, but I can understand that it is hard for others.
Anyways, thank you Anthony for putting light on BPD, because it has such a bad stigma around it, and all 6/?
We are doing is trying to cope with this! So thank you 😊 7/7
