Day 1. Roasted carrots, green pepper and runner beans with prawns and calamari. Dressing is lemon juice, black pepper and a bit of oil with garlic.
Day 2. Shredded grilled chicken, macaroni, green pepper, carrots and cabbage.
Dressing: yoghurt and lemon.

Day 4. Stir fry beef, grapes, lettuce, carrot and sweet corn. Dressing: French dressing.

Day 7. Avocado, carrots, lettuce and prawns. Dressing: French Drssing.
