Day 1. Roasted carrots, green pepper and runner beans with prawns and calamari. Dressing is lemon juice, black pepper and a bit of oil with garlic.
Day 2. Shredded grilled chicken, macaroni, green pepper, carrots and cabbage.
Dressing: yoghurt and lemon.

Day 5. Potato salad and my small mayonnaise

Day 6. Chicken Caesar salad. Found a recipe online for Caesar dressing and minus a few ingredients, it tastes amazing!
