Please keep in mind that I want you to be healthy and this thread is to show you how HORRIBLE binging is
If you consider binges are like 200-300 cals this is not for you. Mine were like 1000+
+ i struggled with severe BED july-august and some time last year. I& #39;d binge everyday, raising my intake to 2000+ cals. I& #39;d eat to the point I& #39;d feel nauseous but i couldn& #39;t even get myself to stop. I was stuck. I ate so much sugar that i literally got addicted to it. I& #39;d feel +
mad without that sugar. Plus, i gained weight every week. So keep in mind, my intake was like 2000+ and I& #39;m overweight
I didn& #39;t restrict so my intake last month was between 1200-1400 which is very high but is a good step from 2000 cals+ till now i don& #39;t allow myself any type of sugar or carby foods to stop triggers. I just wanted to stop binging and sugar addiction
Low restriction like 500-600 cals wasn& #39;t an option cos it would trigger even stronger binges. I& #39;m not perfect or skinny yet

Off months are months i don& #39;t get my period in bc of pcos, because one ovary & #39;works& #39; well and the other doesn& #39;t. So that& #39;s weird? Binging literally ruined me.

It wasn& #39;t easy. Some nights the binges got so bad I& #39;d sit and cry in my bed just because i wanted to eat like crazy. But i did it for a month, and i don& #39;t consider myself recovered from BED, not yet..but i might be a step closer.
Now from here, I want to lower my intake and reach my ugw. If you struggle with BED, I hope this thread encouraged you to take it step by step. Cos going from a high intake to a really low one would set you up for huge binges. Take small steps. It& #39;s okay
+ my body smells better?
