In 1994, a Missouri high school teacher named Rodney Wilson gathered fellow teachers & community leaders with a goal - to establish a month dedicated to the celebration & teaching of queer history.
This month, MSPA will be sharing LGBTQ+ icons in history and medicine to celebrate the extraordinary accomplishments & contributions of the queer community!
