I can't vote or donate to political campaigns, but I can observe how these high-profile female politicians are able to thoroughly explain and narrow down their questions in a manner that also serves a lot of people who aren't in the room
1. Really focus in on what needs to be asked
2. Identify the gaps in current public knowledge
3. Establish expertise through relevant facts and details
4. Emphasize extent of inequalities
5. Reiterate why it's important
6. Ask for clarification
7. If they stall, ask a yes or no
