Hi baby sex workers! Here’s a thread with some tips from a sex worker veteran that might help you:

1. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you EVER give out your location to a customer. No matter the relationship. You might feel like you can trust them, but I promise you it is not worth the risk.

2. Always take deposits first! This is for sessions and custom content. Always take a form of deposit first. I usually take full payment upfront, but you should be asking for at least 20% of the payment before you start work. If they don’t agree, they probs weren’t gonna pay.

3. Set boundaries and enforce them. Make it clear early on to customers what you like to be addressed as, what your limits are, what your response rate is etc. If they kick up a fuss, don’t entertain it. Be firm and stick to what you feel safe with.

4. Do not give a customer who tips generously once all of your attention. Unless they are a consistent tipper and or you have an arrangement, they probably think a one off high tip means they own you. They do not. Tell them this.

5. WATERMARK! For the love of god WATERMARK! I wish someone had told me this when I started!!!!!! Watermark EVERYTHING! Not with a small one either, a big fuck off watermark that you can’t remove or crop out. People will leak your shit and catfish as you. Make it difficult.

6. Speaking of leaking content, please if you can afford it pay for a DMCA agent. If you can’t, make sure you’re doing weekly (at least) searches of your leaks. People make whole forums for specific girls leaked content and it’s not as difficult to find as they think it is lol.

7. Network! Networking is one of the most important parts of sex work! Make friends, interact with other sex workers, support each other. It really pays off to have people who have your back in this industry. As well as the fact we’re all actually pretty great people in general.

8. Have more than 1 income. Don’t put all your eggs in once basket! If you’re on OnlyFans, make a many vids page too. Make a Dropbox for direct sales. Make a list of premade videos for people to purchase. Maximising your revenue means having more than one stream!
