It’s the first of the month so here’s your friendly reminder to wash your damn duvet covers/comforters, bath mats, and shower curtains/liners. Move around the damn furniture when you clean. Clean out ya damn fridge. Clean your damn washing machine and dishwasher. Clean your coffe

Pick a damn book and finish it this month. Read it.
Find a news source that you like and read an article everyday. I love @TIME
Write a list of things that make you happy and schedule to do one everyday this month. A to be list rather than a to do list.
Drink your damn water. Sheesh.
Schedule a day each week where you CALL YOUR DAMN GRANDPARENTS AND PARENTS. THEY MISS YOU DAMMIT.
Make a detailed monthly budget and track your spending. I used the numbers app for iOS.
Be an observer to your emotions rather than a participant.
Figure out what is holding you back and make a plan to fix it.
GET YOUR FLU SHOT. Schedule a doctors appointment for that thing that hurts. Schedule a check up.
This will sound weird but try to be excited when you pay your bills. It works I swear. You have enough to support yourself and be excited about that. Don’t focus on what you don’t have, be grateful for everything you have.
Go to therapy.
