Liberals, independents, never Trump conservatives - the “coalition of the decent” - we know we disagree about some things (abortion debate anyone?) but what are some things we share in common?
*belief in democracy and the legitimacy of the democratic process
*the Constitution

*support “good governance”, i.e. doing things in good order and oppose corruption
*honestly addressing our issues revolving around race and racism
*keeping foreign money and influence out of our politics
*broadly support legal immigration and addressing issues of illegal

immigration in a rational and compassionate manner
*restore America’s reputation in the world and among our allies.

These are big ticket items. We have a lot in common. What else??
