Day 18 of the #AssangeHearing: The Judge did not allow 40 political and human rights organizations to monitor the case remotely the same way I do as a journalist. No open Justice. The hearing is delayed to 11:30am by the defence, and it might be the last day.

Sorry, twitter went down. Fitzgerald reading Garreth Pierce's testimony with respect of the espionage including that a legal paper of lawyer @AitorxMartinez was removed and photographed.

Also that all of #Assange's belongings were confiscated from the Embassy were seized and there are claims that an inventory was made but never given to the legal team.

My opinion is that there is a high likelihood that they were handed to the United Sates which include large quantities of legal papers.

Pierce says that she has seen footage and audio of her privileged legal meetings and that were handed over to the US.
Knowing this puts the defence in a handy caped in these proceedings.
