why i’m thankful to radhakrishn and why watching this show was one of the best decisions of my life: a thread.

1. the teachings.
this show has SO MUCH to teach— about love, about life and values.
even random dialogues are so meaningful and relevant.
the ‘krishn-vaani’s at the end are pure bliss. they’ve helped me and motivated me more no. of times than i can count.

2. radha.
so grateful to this show for showing radha as the supreme goddess that she is. the supreme goddess who is the life-breath of lord krishna, the one who he worships.
hardly any other show related to lord krishna has depicted her true importance. :/

3. the feels.
whenever i watch this show, it feels like i’m entering a whole another world. it’s so beautiful, so magical, so dreamy.
the aesthetics are unmatched. every still looks like a picture straight out of actual vrindavan from dwapar yug—

— and every song is pure magic.
i don’t have enough words to describe how much i love each and every song. they’re all too beautiful.
the entire show is so overwhelmingly divine and magical.

4. cast and crew.
sumedh and mallika as radhakrishn are pure ART. all the other actors are also perfect in their roles.
the crew members are so hardworking and it shows in the bts videos.
the fact that they’ve read and incorporated stories from so many—

— scriptures to provide as much accuracy as possible.
and the fact that they’re also devotees of radhakrishna.
their love and devotion, their understanding of them, all of it reflects in each scene, each dialogue from the show. :’)

5. यत्र नार्यस्तु पूज्यन्ते रमन्ते तत्र देवता:।
यत्रैतास्तु न पूज्यन्ते सर्वास्तत्राफला: क्रिया:।
the way they ALWAYS keep stressing that women should be worshipped & treated with utmost respect!
again, the great teachings & the TRUE, powerful dialogues. 💯

6. love.
thanks to this show, i know what real love is. the sashwat, akhand, suddh prem. the samay ke aarambh se anth tak ka prem. radhakrishna’s prem. :’)
nothing even close to THAT exists anywhere else.
