Here's the expression that Renaat Vandepapeliere used in Dutch, the closest translation is "rasechte artiest". A google search for the term gave me 900 hits. It's not a common expression. And in context, applied to a Black artist, it would still be unbelievably racist in Dutch.

Additionally, can you please change the headline? You're inviting a Black artist to be piled on by industry gatekeepers who are already more likely to side with one of their peers. This news brief reads as if you're doing some damage control for R&S.

Please don't ask any person of color to do that labour. There are more than enough white people at RA who can correct this article and get it right.

The article also doesn't mention the fact that R&S is asking for the removal of the published emails as a pre condition for the termination of the contract.
