LUBE!
Lube is your friend.
I lube every couple of hours, if I can. At least twice a day, and very thoroughly before bed.
Chafing is the No. 1 issue for me with #chastity. The trick is to prevent it.

If it hurts, STOP!
A little discomfort is to be expected when you get turned on and your penis tries to get hard. This is especially common at night.
