i remember in the 6th grade, it was the last if not a close to last day towards winter break and it was pouring raining outside. we had the door open so we all just saw the grey sky and heard the hard hitting rain

occasionally some of us would walk outside to get a feel for the weather and the overhanging roof protected us from getting wet. when we weren't admiring the weather we were inside the classroom. the tables were set aside all across the walls so there was a big center space

people were scattered all around. some were in the middle watching the movie, some in the corner talking with their friends, others playing video games on the laptops, snacking on the pizzas, or just people standing outside the door

i really enjoyed the layout because with the desks and chairs all around the edges, it was easy to chill on and around them. i was primarily on the wall with the door, hiding under the tables playing on the laptop and chilling

occasionally i played with other students and the teacher, too. but yeah for the most part it was just a chill and fun day to do whatever you wanted. this is really silly but i found some christmas stuff and started getting really emotional, christmas means a lot to me
