The narrative of a Dalit Girl raped again by same Jaats who raped her three years ago, to teach her a lesson became international headline. Mayawati spoke about it in the Parliament. Police who realised it was a fake case from day 1, arrested boys immediately after media pressure

I began investigating the case and I couldn't believe my eyes. Court had clearly stated in loud words that first case filed by the girl itself was fishy. She was in different city with friends & one accused on day of her first alleged gangrape as per her own call records.

ALL THE ACCUSED, I REPEAT ALL ACCUSED were hundreds of Kilometres away on this particular day of second gangrape. They had CCTV footage at college, at car repair center, at bank of the same time as alleged time of gangrape.

Their families did a protest at Jantar Mantar because of the witch hunt. I remember crying after talking to wife of Sandeep, one of the accused who was also an SC/ST. Their was a love marriage. She told me Sandeep was in Karnal that day & his CCTV shows him in diff shops as MR

But none of their tears was visible to the vulture media that's forever waiting for another #Nirbhaya to happen because it thinks it's the only responsible institution left (pun intended) to get justice to women

Three of these five accused, one of whom still remains untraced and unknown as only his name exists, spent THREE MONTHS IN JAIL FOR NO REASON except MEDIA TRIAL.

Eventually girls own call records & also CCTV footage obtained from a hotel showed her going there with 2 diff boys

All of these boys are ACQUITTED today still unable to get their life on track. Two of them spent almost 3yrs behind bars for NOTHING but MEDIA TRIAL & because girl was a Dalit.

NOT ONE MEDIA went back to them not one. No one told the story of these boys & their tears of Blood

Yes there's sick cast prejudice in India but minority isn't always Victim.

To deny basic rights to an accused just because they're from upper caste or majority religion or some societal upper hand is gross injustice especially when talking about a crime that has DEATH PENALTY

None of boys got any compensation. None got their dignity back. Their life meant nothing while girl who's a sick liar got lacs. U'll never know who she is

Think before demanding DEATH for someone. You never know when someone will demand it for you even if you're INNOCENT.
