@NHSCOVID19app Quick question from a man who has had no sleep and feels on the edge of a panic attack. Please care to explain why your app decided to send me a notification at around 11 o'clock as I was struggling to go to sleep saying 'exposure warning you have been (1/?)
You have been in contact with a person who had tested positive' then once the notification has been clicked on not displaying any information on the app? The again I receive the same notification at 4 in the morning just to ensure I have no sleep and am fully stressed (2/?)
Only for me to have to ring 111 as the 119 number doesn't open till 7 where a lovely lady who tried her best to help was very confused as the app should notify me if I need to self isolate. I'm now waiting for the 119 line to open to find out if I need to isolate or go in to(3/?
Work along with the governments vauge guidelines. In my job I am a supply teacher therefor it is agency work and if I cancel I don't get paid and due to the vagueness of your 'app' I have no clue what to do and I can't imagine I am the only one!!!!! Please respond or at least
Or at least clear this up. I dont like to tweet but I have no clue what eles to do
Update! (For my zero followers lol but hopefully this helps someone) after speaching to 119 who were equally lovely and wanted to help but were also unsure of what to recommend I was told to check the apps FAQs which told me that if you get the message 1/2
"Possible COVID-19 exposure. Someone you were near reported having COVID-19. Exposure date, duration, and signal strength have been saved.” That's just google being a silly boy and not to worry. So thanks you deffo could have made that more clear on the app 2/3 whupswent abitrant
And now that's one less person in a school which you are desperate to keep open, one less days experience for me as a growing teacher and at the end of the day another day I wont be paid for. Cheers lads smashed it on this one!!!!!!!!! :D
