I need people to understand how big of a difference this is.....

Also, the average height of a player for the league has gone virtually unchanged since 1960.

Also, the average age of players is virtually unchanged as well. An average age of around 26 years old in the 60s, almost the same in the 2010s.

Less teams meant playing tough competition (Often LEGENDS) more often... and I mean a lot more often.

More teams = playing truly tough competition (The best) less, and makes the league watered down.

Look how many truly poor teams are in the NBA right now.

Think about it.

Duncan and Dirk played in the same conference for 18 seasons. They faced off 90 times.

Wilt and Russell faced off 143 times in 10 seasons, 3.5 of which they were in difference conferences.

8 less seasons......not in the same conf the whole time... 53 more times faced off.
