The whole "Less teams, not as impressive" stuff needs to stop.
I need people to understand how big of a difference this is.....
Regular season and playoffs included
Bill Russell and Wilt Chamberlain faced off 143 times
Larry Bird and Magic Johnson faced off 37 times

Also, the average height of a player for the league has gone virtually unchanged since 1960.
Average height has been roughly 6& #39;6", plenty of backup showing this exists. https://twitter.com/Dee4Three84/status/1271261879248322560?s=20">https://twitter.com/Dee4Three...

Less teams meant playing tough competition (Often LEGENDS) more often... and I mean a lot more often.
More teams = playing truly tough competition (The best) less, and makes the league watered down.
Look how many truly poor teams are in the NBA right now.
Think about it.
