Oh shit October is in a few hours.

If my inktober thread resurfaces, Jake Parker 100% misled people that he had no idea that his lawyer was sending cease and desists, and made his fans turn on ME as the bad guy for not giving him a CHANCE when in reality he knew for a week.

Just sits poorly with me. You know my lawyer charges me $200 an hour if I have him give out cease and desists. That's just not a thing you have accidentally happen.

He never recinded the C&D's he sent, meaning the people can still be legally in trouble.

I was going to absolutely just drop it and let people do whatever they want and be mad at me or whatever, but then he ripped off Alphonso Dunn's book, denied it despite evidence, and that was the nail in the coffin of shitty behavior for me:

Do what you want. Do inktober or any other challenge. But be aware of what or who you financially support when you do things. (If you missed it JP trademarked inktober long after it was a community thing then threatened artists who used the word in their own sketchbooks)
