저 이제 얼마 안 남았습니다. I can understand why so many ppl went crazy over this sentence. There& #39;s alot of things unsaid, but at the same time, volumes were expressed. He said "I don& #39;t have much time left (before discharge)". First & foremost, it& #39;s an assurance. Cos the fans-
reading his Chuseok msg will think of how he& #39;s still in the army. So this is reflective of his typical gentle nature. There& #39;s no "you must be waiting for very long right?" He& #39;s never asked us of anything. No expectations. No strings attached. We were never asked to wait. He knows
there are ppl waiting though. And to that, there& #39;s no extravagant words, juz a factual, solid statement, "It& #39;s not long now." What& #39;s left unsaid are the & #39;thank you for waiting& #39;, & #39;don& #39;t worry& #39;, & #39;I& #39;ll be back soon& #39;. It& #39;s in the same vein as his "aigoo, it& #39;s not like I& #39;m emigrating.
It& #39;s not a big deal. But if the waiting is too hard, then it& #39;s ok, I& #39;m not asking you to stay. But if you& #39;ve been waiting still even though it& #39;s hard, hey, take heart. I& #39;m coming back soon. It& #39;s not long now. It& #39;s both an assurance, & a promise. That if you have been waiting,
it& #39;s juz a little bit more, it& #39;s not long now. The promise is in the unspoken words, "I& #39;ll be back soon." He didn& #39;t say it, but the implication is loud & clear. Isn& #39;t this so Kyungsoo?
