Tonight at Target, woman *yelling* at manager that she has a medical exception to not wear a mask.
Me rolling by for the action: “Hi im a doctor. That’s not a thing. Put your mask on.”

To clarify: she did not have a facial deformity wherein she could not secure a mask, an acute pulmonary issue given the successful yelling, nor was she unconscious. Ahead of a chronic pulmonary dz rebuttal, I’ll say- is that not in itself is a compelling reason for masking?

She left after writing down the Target employees’ full names for her new book, “Memoirs of a Karen.”
