Look, I have a love hate relationship with artist merch because it’s typically over priced. I broke down and got a Rep sweater and it’s one of the softest sweaters I own! I couldn’t swing for Lover stuff but I thought I would treat myself on a @taylorswift13 Folklore long sleeve
Well said Folklore cropped long sleeve arrived today, earlier than I thought. It’s fine EXCEPT there is still a sharpie mark where they cropped the shirt! A minor inconvenience that I can easily remedy but still annoying 
I’ll keep you posted if/when my cardigan arrives (yes, I really did treat myself because the whole @taylorswift13 Folklore album felt like a comfy sweater during this crappy year!)
I would also like to note that in addition to not having the funds for Lover merch I was hesitant to buy from @UMG because I have had issues with two of their other artist and ordering merch from them.
I am sure if I dig through my tweets I can find those complaints too
