@pawpawchan48 I've just made a discovery. I managed to find these few seconds of soundless film of the show (Why I don't know). The episode is unknown but I believe this was later in the shows run time. Here I've deciphered it- (1/10)

The first two frames are repeated cells of animation looping for a few seconds. Charlie and Chester exclaim that another body has been discovered (either by them or another unknown source). (2/10)

Now when you slow down the footage, this disturbing/heavily saturated cell appears. The characters appear to be screaming "EIOS". I will explain what that may mean in a minute. (3/10)

BIG TW// Hanging
The next frame appears to show imagery of either children or dolls hanging. (I really hope it's the second theory). These don't appear to be their own cell but rather as a shadow reflected off the background. Why this is done I don't know. (4/10)

After that scene, the rabbit deity appears for a split second again with the word "OBEY" repeated over and over again as we've seen in other found footage. Though his hand gesture and known symbol do not appear to be present. (5/10)

This frame then appears, and at first glance it just looked like a blank cell but after brightening my screen the words "EIOS XV, ZH GRQW ZXQW WO GLH" appear in the center of the frame. I'll get into what they mean shortly. The frames after are just static. (6/10)

So, after doing deep research, I found the cryptic writing to be in the cipher code. (Definition here, along with how the code works simplified) (7/10)

After I figured out how the cipher works, I then used it to decode what was being said on screen in those two separate cells. (8/10)

I did some research on the rabbit deity, and couldn't find it relating to any particular belief system. But I did find that in most religions, a white rabbit represents youth, regeneration, and birth. We may be able to apply this information to whatever this creature is. (9/10)

That's all I'm able to do for now (and still be safe about it). But please let me know what you think about this find Puppy. (10/10)
